Same Day Despatch – or you don’t pay!
We listen to our customers and know how important is for you to order with the confidence and knowledge
that your order will not be sitting around waiting to be despatched.
So we came up with a “Same Day Despatch Service Guarantee!
We now guarantee that, subject to stock availability and technology allowing, if we receive your order
by noon Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) we will dispatch it that same working day - or your
money back.
The item must be in stock and readily available, your order paid and accepted in full and printed in
our warehouse by 12 noon in order to qualify.
We are so confident in our guarantee that if we fail to deliver as promised you can have the order for
free, with our compliments.
Please note: We may split your order into smaller packages to fit through your letterbox and for security
reasons. If an item from one package is out of stock then the remaining items within that package
will be held until the complete package is available for shipping. If you would prefer for the
instock items to be sent ahead please contact us.
