Returns Policy

Returns must  be authorised and to receive your Returns Authorisation Number please click here to email us, or telephone 0845 094 5730.

Please bear in mind the following:

We will accept returns within 7 working days of receipt of your item if you change your mind or no longer want the item as long as the item is returned to us in a saleable condition ie unopened.

We can offer an exchange, a credit note towards your next purchase or refund your money dependant on circumstances - (see "Refund Policy" below for more details on refunds.)

Please note that if an item is returned after seven working days for any other reason than it is faulty and the buyer has requested a refund, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, usually 20%. 

Items returned to us due to a manufacturer's fault later than 28 days after the item was delivered will be eligible for a repair or direct replacement only up to 12 months from purchase.

We test every item returned to us, once received it will be inspected and tested by our test centre. A replacement will be authorised should a fault be found. Where a direct replacement cannot be offered, or a repair is not economical we will offer an exchange / credit note towards any other item on the website.  If no fault can be found by our test centre, the item will be returned to you at your cost.

Your 7 day right of cancellation does not apply to any software products or any consumable products which (by their very nature) cannot be returned e.g. Ink cartridges.

Carriage charges for returned goods will be incurred by the customer, unless the item is faulty.  In order to accept an item as being faulty, we must be able to replicate the described fault when tested.

Carriage charges will be applied to any order that is returned and that was shipped on a delivery inclusive price Please note therefore that because all our prices include an element of postage and packing we reserve the right to deduct this amount from any refund to the value of £2.50 for goods returned outside of 7 days and are not found to be faulty.

Before returning any item to us, you must contact us by e-mail or by telephone to notify us so that we can issue you with an RMA number. Please note that returns sent back without a valid RMA number may be refused or returned at your cost.

After contacting us by e-mail your enquiry will be processed and you will be allocated a returns authorisation number which must be clearly visible on the outside packaging. You will also be give instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please note that we aim to process all returned items within 72 hours of receipt of the item, but credits / refunds can take up to seven working days to be processed.

We strongly advise all customers to obtain a free certificate of posting when returning items via the Royal Mail postal service.

It is your responsibility to ensure that items are packaged sufficiently prior to returning them. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of receipt. We will not be held responsible for items which are damaged or lost in transit. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that all returned items reach us safely (unless otherwise agreed).
